My name is Chelesy, I come from a long history of abuse starting in my childhood and progressing into my adult life. I turned to drugs to make myself feel numb to everything around me. I started battling drug charges in 2018. I went to a treatment center November 2019, not really sure what I was wanting. After 8 months I found Chelles Place. A place to grow and become who I truly want to be! Surrounded by women who empower one another to keep pushing and shoot for the stars! Today I am proud of who I am and where I am going! I have to thank Chelles place for this! I have been Clean since 10/20/2019! I am grateful for the love and support I receive at Chelles Place! #WeDoRecover

I had lost everything including my mother to the disease of addiction i would never be able to go home again i thought until i arrived at chelles place i found love and a home im now in school have gotten my drivers license a car and a community that loves me there's no place like home

When I came to Chelles, I was completely broken. I had lost temporary custody of my daughter, my apartment, my job, my family’s trust yet again, and everything else I had regained before my most recent relapse. Life was bleak, but Chelle welcomed me in like a sister, made me feel like I mattered. There is no doubt in my mind that God led me to Chelles place, because he knew I needed someone like her; a strong, independent go-getter, who validates my feelings but does enable my self-pity. A woman who can tell it like it is because all she wants is us to live! She has helped me learn to be a sober woman, how to help others, and most importantly, how to give and receive love. I will forever be grateful for her support and wisdom.

Hi! My name is Emilie. I have had the privilege of living, learning and growing at Chell's Place since August 18th, 2021. My experience here has been so rewarding. Since 2018 I have been in what seems like a revolving door or different Treatment Facilities and Sober Living Houses but I just couldn't stay straight. Chell with the help of her Dream Team has inspired me to be whoever I want to be. Guiding Women who suffer with the disease of addiction is Chells-Bells passion. Every other week each one of us has a Team Meeting where Chell, Que, Debria and Mrs. Triece sit down with each individual resident and catch up. It's hard for me to put in short what Chells Place has done for me and my Recovery because I could go on and on! So I'll end with this. Come show up for your recovery here and I promise you Chells Place will be right there with you !
